Defintions

Advertiser: a person or organization that has entered into a MedBanner advertising service agreement with MedBanner.

Publisher: a person or organization that has entered into a Medbanner publisher representation agreement and may be compensated for displaying advertisements on one or more sites.

Ad Viewers: a person accessing a site belonging to a Publisher and viewing an advertisement from MedBanner.

Defined Policies

MedBanner serves two very different populations with different privacy needs: our clients with whom we have an Advertiser or Publisher agreement, and Ad Viewers.

Thus, Medbaner has a Privacy Policy for the MedBanner Site and Privacy Policy for MedBanner Ad Services in place.
